Heaven and Earth is a story of the relationship between Jesus and John the Baptist, and the impact that relationship had on Jesus' teaching and mission.
The story opens with Jesus fleeing into the desert as Roman soldiers come to arrest John. Jesus then thinks back on his time with John, and what he learned from him.
